Customers who purchase their Bublup subscription plans through our plans page may occassionally notice a credit balance on their account.
This is primarily due to one of two reasons:
- They have received a referral credit for referring other users to join Bublup. To see your “current account credit”, go to plans.bublup.com and click “Payment Info”. Click here to learn more about earning referral rewards.
- They upgrade their plan in the middle of their billing cycle and receive a prorated credit based on their current plan.
In rare cases, other small balances may appear on your statement (such as charges carried over from the previous billing period). If you have any questions about these, feel free to contact support@bublup.com.
