Before Bublup, Victor says, “I used to store documents in my file system, YouTube videos in YouTube, bookmarks in a browser, notes in Evernote, and so forth. So my content was all over the place. Now I’m saving everything to Bublup, organized by topic. It’s much easier to manage all this information now that it’s in one place.”
He’s also a fan of Group Folders, as he enjoys collaborating with his wife on ideas for their future home. Victor says, “I keep it all in a “Construction” folder, with subfolders for each aspect of the building: plumbing, bathrooms, electrical, wall finishes, HVAC, kitchen, flooring, roof, energy efficiency, windows and so forth. And I use sub-subfolders to keep things even more organized. The Kitchen folder contains subfolders for cooktops, vent hoods, ovens, sinks, etc…You can’t just make a bunch of mental notes to yourself and expect to remember everything when the time finally comes.
