Last month, my partner and I embarked on a four-day cross-country move to relocate from NY to Texas. It was a massive change—and a massive undertaking to plan! Outside of coordinating the move itself, we also had to coordinate a multi-day road trip with our 2-year-old pup, Bodie. Don’t worry – he managed to have a great time.

Inside my main folder, I created subfolders for every major milestone we had to check off before the big day. Signing a lease? That gets its own folder. Financing a new car? All the supporting docs and contracts have their own folder, too.
I was even able to visually customize all of my folders with imagery, making it super easy to see what was going on and find important documents in an aesthetically pleasing way.
Use Notes and Checklists
Notes and checklists are super handy for this project as well. From packing lists to individual notes for each road trip stop, the ability to choose different note-taking formats made it easy to get the most out of every folder.
I also included links to my favorite dog-friendly restaurants in each location, so Bodie was never left out.
Collaborate in Group Folders
